Delivery Information
SC Hypericum Impex SRL delivers throughout Europe and the UK, including the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and Gibraltar.
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours if all products are in stock. For bank transfer or card payments, delivery will be made within 24 hours after the payment has been received, depending on product availability.
For efficient delivery, please provide a phone number where the courier can contact you. Delivery will be made between 9 am and 5 pm.
Returns
Return Procedures
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the seal intact and packaging undamaged. If you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] to receive return instructions and a return label. Returns that do not follow these procedures will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged or not as described, you can return it for a full refund following our Return Procedures. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. All delivery issues must be reported within 1 day of delivery. If the product is confirmed to be damaged, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, including the delivery fee.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund will include the amount paid for the product and the postage. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to be credited.
