Order Delivery

If all the products you have ordered are in stock, we will dispatch your package within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving your order.

Any complaints regarding potential issues with the integrity or content of the packages must be made at the time of delivery. Alternatively, a formal report can be drawn up at the time of delivery, and the package may be refused, including payment. Claims related to the content’s integrity made after receiving the package will be considered null and void. For efficient delivery, please provide a phone number where the courier can contact you. Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 5 PM.

For payments made via bank transfer or credit card, delivery will be made within 24 hours after the payment has been successfully processed, depending on product availability.

Return Policy

In accordance with Government Ordinance 130/2000, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing about their decision to cancel the purchase, without penalties and without needing to provide a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product or, in the case of services, from the date of contract conclusion. As such, our company will refund customers who request this option.

The cost of returning the products to the supplier will be covered by the customer.

SC Hypericum Impex SRL will refund the value of the order within a maximum of 15 days from the date the returned goods are received in stock and the return is validated. The refunded amount will not include shipping costs.

Returned products must be free from mechanical damage or signs of use, including scratches, dents, cracks, or missing components. If such conditions are present, returns will not be accepted.

The sales contract is considered concluded upon the issuance of the receipt or tax invoice, not at the time of order placement.

Return Conditions

For products that the customer claims do not match the images or descriptions on the website (regarding form, content, packaging, etc.), or products returned in compliance with Government Ordinance 130/2000, the customer may request a refund or a replacement with a compliant product. If SC Hypericum Impex SRL cannot replace the product with a compliant one, the customer will be refunded the value of the product.

The cost of shipping the products from hypericumimpex.com to the customer, as well as the cost of return shipping to hypericumimpex.com, is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the products during their return shipment to hypericumimpex.com.

Offer and Price Validity

Prices displayed on the hypericumimpex.com website have a minimum validity period of 7 days from the date they are posted. For products that undergo price changes, orders placed before the price modification will remain valid and will be delivered at the previously communicated and contracted price.
